Diep geraakt door Hillsong concert
Als geboren atheist had ik nooit kunnen voorspellen dat ik met volle borst mee zou zingen met worship songs. Toch is het gebeurd in 2022. Mijn gezin zat me heel raar aan te kijken....
Mijn ontwakingsreis heeft mij anders doen kijken naar God en naar Jezus.
Ik lees de bijbel zelf niet. Ik heb er geen behoefte aan. Maar maakt het uit? Voor mij is duidelijk dat er hele belangrijke boodschappen in de bijbel staan die gaan over liefde, heling en over de "eindtijd", de transformatie van de wereld op dit moment. De energetische wedstrijd tussen het donker en het licht.
Ik volg een man op youtube die de bijbel symbolisch interpreteert. Erg grappig en heel interessant. Af en toe ga ik luisteren in de kerk voor mooie boodschappen. Ze gaan altijd over liefde. En daar gaat het om. Ieder zijn weg. Worship of niet. Uiteindelijk gaat het over de weg naar het hart.
Op mijn eigen wijze voel ik verbinding. In twee workshops heb ik de energie van Jezus gevoeld. Dit was in januari 2022 en 2023 op mijn verjaardag. Beide keren beleefde ik het als een vrij "strenge" energie. Gronding, rust en nederigheid is wat er over mij heen kwam. Ik wilde knielen en bijna de bidhouding aannemen. Dit vond ik toen gek met anderen dus heb ik het niet gedaan. Emotionele en bijzondere ervaring.
Sinds mijn zus een nummer doorstuurde van de Hillsong dat mij diep raakte in mijn hart, ben ik meer gaan luisteren en kijken. Zo ook Jeremy Riddle. Het raakt me diep. Ook al geloof ik niet zoals Christenen, de toewijding en worship van liefdevolle mensen, zoals hij en Hillsong, raakt iets wat heel wezenlijk is. Ik denk dat het universele liefde is. Ik kijk hier liever naar, dan een populaire zanger(es) of groep die vanuit het ego acteert. Grappig, want dit had ik 4 jaar geleden niet gedacht ooit te zeggen. Zo zie je maar, de ontwakingsreis is een wonderlijke reis.😉

Vooral het eerste nummer wat mijn zus doorstuurde heeft me diep geraakt. Wat een prachtige liefdevolle tekst over de Bron/God/de creator. En hoe ontroerend al die mensen, wat een verbondenheid en diversiteit. Prachtig. Zeker nu ik het 'licht en donker' (God en de Duivel) beter kan plaatsen heeft het meer betekenis gekregen. Dit gaat over liefde. Punt.
